  32.  The purpose of this utility is to play those kinky .ECC "animations"
  33.  which can be sometimes found on the usenet newsgroups like
  34.  alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.anime and similar.

  39.  An AGA or CyberGraphX Amiga & OS3.x. This program haves a 
  40.  luncheon on your memory and cpu-power, so you should have 
  41.  plenty of both. A4040 should do.

  43.  NOTE FOR OS3.0 USERS: Upgrade to OS3.1! eccview works faster on it,
  44.  even with CyberGraphX boards. =) If you won't, use SetPatch v43.3 or
  45.  newer for correct operation. Also, you can try to speed up AGA
  46.  routines by using PatchWPA8 (from aminet) by Pawel Hernik.
